Who we are:
Fair Winds Community Enrichment Foundation ("Fair Winds CEF") is a 501(c)(3) public benefit, nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Specifically, we seek to provide human and environmental services that contribute to a community’s economic stability and mobility, educational progress, and social well-being.
